4. How can I select a best phone card ?

5. What is the difference between Local Access ,Free Access ,mobile Access and payphone Access?

There are mainly 4 types of Access nos but according to charges we can say 3 types because Mobile and payphone Access costs are same.

Local access no (069 –for germany ,0845-for London)is local city land line no of your country this access is not free unless your phone having some free mins

Free Access no is a 0800 or 800 no depending on your country it’s a free access no from your land line(house phone).

Mobile Access and payphone Acess nos are to use your card from your mobile or from any payphone .These Access nos are very Expensive it may vary from 15 to 30 cents /min.

Its always better to use Free Access or Local access if you have free mins on your phone.

6. I lost my PIN.What should I do?

The pin numbers are sent to you by email. Incase you deleted your mail Then you can login to my Account and click on order info there you can fins all your orders in detail which you bought from us.
