With your purchase, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

HomeCallingCards reserves the right to change the terms, conditions, and notices under which the Services are offered. You are responsible for regularly reviewing these terms and conditions and additional terms posted on the website. Your continued use of the HomeCalingCards Services constitutes your agreement to all such terms, conditions, and notices.

If you are a first time buyer of Prepaid Calling Card we strongly recommend you to contact Customer Services of that particular card you are interested in buying to find out about the rates to your destination city or country.

Different Destinations in the same country could have different call charges. The different access numbers (local national or free) you call from or the destination phone (Landline or mobile) you are are calling to also affect your talk time.

The call Rates are liable to change without prior notice by the card company. Please confirm with Customer Services of the card companies to find out the current rates.

HomeCallingCards.com is an online Reseller of various calling cards and does not take any responsibility of the performance of the Card and any card related queries.

You will receive PIN (pin codes), dialling instructions, and customer support contact for each PIN purchased. This information will be e-mailed to you.

It is your responsibility to keep the PIN (s) safely and we don’t bear any responsibility for any kind of misuse.

Prepaid PIN code(s) are not returnable, refundable or exchangeable.

It is the buyer’s responsibility to contact the customer services department (given with dialling instructions) should any other problems arise, as it is their product we are selling.

We do not take any responsibility for the delays caused by your e-mail service provider.

If you uses any Creditcard which doesnot belongs to you .then you are the responsible person for any chargebacks caused from this creditcard. You have to pay these chargebacks money including the othercharges from the creditcard institutes .

If you are using your EC card or bank card to make the payment you are the responsible for the bounced back transactions. Each Bounced back transaction will cost you 4 Euro no matter how much the worth of the transaction.

If customer donot pay the bounced back transaction including the fine with in a period of 2 weeks. he will get a legal notice from our legal department then customer have to bear all the legal and court charges.
